Last night we had the wonderful privilege of attending the Good Food and Wine Show and though it may have been slightly disappointing compared to previous years, it was an enjoyable evening.
This year the Good Food & Wine Show didn’t just tantalise taste buds but ignited all of our senses by making the event interactive for attendees. There were areas where you could enjoy the aromas of different flavoured wines as well as reminisce the scents of your favourite meals.
The stands varied and although there was a great variety, there was a lack of pallete satisfying food and ‘wow’ factor.
However my usual favourites were there; Daniela’s who make these gorgeous macaroons ( I’m a huge macadamia nut fan) as well as a new favourite ‘8Organics’ which is a tea store based in Station Drive. And my word! For any tea lover out there, they are a must visit! I fell in love with their beautifully crafted teas.
Overall it was a lovely event and I do recommend a visit if have the time to watch the shows. Good Food &Wine Show ends tomorrow.
