I believe after the visit to the Shongweni Christmas Market, the Maree family may be visiting annually on the 16th of December. The cheer and love of the festivities was just exhilarating filled with wide grins celebrating the Christmas spirit.   

It had been a while since we last visited the Shongweni Market and their Christmas Market is really an absolute treat. If you’re looking to get something unique and personal, I recommend a visit. It’s a sensual experience, with your eyes devouring the beautiful handcrafted joys and your sense of taste spoilt for choices. 

It’s a lovely day to spend with family and the kiddies will definitely be entertained. Listen to live music and enjoy a shopping experience outside in the glorious Kwa-Zulu Natal sun. There’s such a large variety of stalls with smiling faces ready to great you. 

We were even spoilt with a wonderful performance of scotish bagpipe players. 

Make sure you visit this festive season between the 15th-18th of December.
