Let’s talk South African Bath & Body. I take self-care VERY seriously! Because in all honesty to be a fully productive human being you need to take time to just focus on yourself. For me there is no better way to unwind then with a face mask and a good old bath soak.

There’s nothing like taking time to just unwind and focus on you. Self-care is so important – it allows me to recharge and just get a little perspective on things. And y’all know I love me a good old soak to feel rejuvenated both mentally and physically.

I’ve had the divine pleasure of trying out their sensual and deeply calming bath bombs. Scented with gorgeous Bergamot, these bath bombs not only nourish the skin but enwraps you with a sense of peace. It’s an absolute dream! I personally love the fact that she incorporates bits of Bergamot into the product so I have this flower floating in the water. This is definitely one of my favourite bath bombs to wind-down. And let me just add – after a soak with one of these I was absolutely knocked out.

My skin felt soft and deeply taken care of and there is something really dreamy about these products. I love that these products are hand-made and tailored for you – for me that’s definitely a huge plus compared to other brands. You can choose your favourite essential oils and fragrances.
